Bleak about Marriage

Recently i keep having thoughts about not getting married after all.
Not having a baby not having a family.
What does Marriage means?
A union of 2 person? or A union of 2 families?
I'm tired of people asking me when is my turn, when u gonna get married or when u gonna have a baby. Ask due to concern or just because thats the only thing ppl ask to start a conversation?
To me a union means a bigger family more compromising to each other families more get together more visiting.
Is it jus me? If ur partner feel otherwise what does it mean?
I dread to think of what is gonna happen.
Promise is a promise no longer stands way back....
I no longer believe in it

Fri 12 Dec 2008:

I handed in my 10,000 word dissertation on 12 dec 2008. Finally its over.
Met my classmate in school to hand in the dissertation and then off we went to Vivocity for lunch and shopping. Went lunch at Boss at vivocity the food not bad i would say as for price i felt its a bit pricy but at such restaurant what u expect rite.
After lunch we went for some shopping and follow by coffee at pacific coffee place.
we left ard 5plus and i went wheelock to help babe's sis buy 14pcs of ipod shuffle and met babe at Toa Payoh for dinner after that. As i dont feel very well so left for home after dinner.

Sat 13 dec 2008:

After 4 months, finally saw my mum.
Brought my mum to shop for her CNY clothes. Met her 1pm at Yishun Mrt as we decided to go a few places so might have difficulty finding parking lots and car cant sit so many ppl so didnt drive and took train instead. Met my sis at orchard and went Wisma first.
My mum manage to bought a red dress at Isetan cost $89. Mummy felt it was too expensive but i can sense that she like it a lot and b4 that we shop a few place and nothing caught her eyes so decide to buy it for her. Wanted to get her a pair of shoes but either the heels is too high or no size so didnt manage to buy any. Need to go out again to buy :)
After that we met my aunt at bugis so went there to source for shoes but again nothing caught my mum eyes and aunt also didnt buy any eventually after that went for dinner and head home.... So tired spend quite a lot of money on food, and shopping for my mum.

Babe's Birthday Present

Its a NAD Integrated Amplifer. Retailing at $600 bucks.

Babe was so happy with his present that the first thing he reach home was open his present setting it up. Well at least he was happy with the present cos tats what he asked for.

Now he is looking for more equipments to match his amplifer cos his existing speaker and cd player is not up to standard to his new amplifier.

Anyway we had a great time on his b'day, we had buffet at Taka which the food wasnt fantastic and price expensive so nothing great to mention.

My Mum episode

My mum call me, for? Its time of the month for her allowance liao.
S0 she ask me if i happen to see my bro then jus pass the money to him.
My mum don even wan to make effort to be at home so i can see her lor.
Haven seen her for coming 4 months. Talk a few time on the phone only asking for more money.
She say her b'day coming and she want to go Genting can we sponsor her for the trip.
I say how much is that she say the trip $300.
I say what? go Genting need $300 how come i dont knoe its so expensive.
She say cos hols etc. I was reluctant cos i knoe she go there to gamble and give her money go meaning she will gamble all away. Mean time i told her to make next sat free, cos i wan bring her go buy Chinese New Year clothes. She very happy and say of cos i wan buy. i say i need pay for your genting trip, CNY clothes and give you allowance i don't own a bank lor.
She say if i own a bank she would ask for even more liao lor. FAINTZ.........
Then she say in that case, she dont wan buy CNY clothes liao can give her money to go genting instead. I was like what?
CNY clothes also don wan buy wan spend money to go gamble. Reali hopeless case liao la.
Wat kind of mum i have
Sucks man, where got such ppl one. what have i done to deserve this?
I sms all my siblings and told them mum wan go genting instead of bringing her out for dinner.
All agreed to share the Genting cost, lucky i got siblings that share not for my sis thou but i always force her to pay not cos i very evil but cos she will spend the money on buying 4D etc also. Same pattern as my mum.
so eventually i will pay part of her trip, give her the usual monthly allowance and give her some allowance to go genting and spend and brng her buy CNY clothes.
I reali tink i shld be more heartless to my mum but what to do she is still my mum.

Babe's Birthday

So sleepy its 11.25pm . Babe have ask not to celebrate his birthday cos normally if he does celeb something bad will happen. Believe it or not tat is.
Well i bot a slice of cake but of cos he don knoe but right now he is already in bed and i'm so waiting for the clock to strike 12.
Yawn i'm sleepy and tired.....

Life is not Fair, i know when i was a child

Does it occur to ppl that life haven been fair to me when i was a child.
Do i deserve all that?
I grow up with a mum who can't be bothered abt us. she has little education so education to her is useless, she jus wan us to grow up quickly and work to earn money.
Any different from child slave? At least i have uncle and aunties who help us secretly.
Life is never fair, i've learn it when i was a kid when i was 4 yrs old. My dad was already not ard when i was 7yrs old am already being force to be independent. To go sch myself.
What have i done to deserve this? In life there is no reason as to why what happen.
I've learn to be strong, despite i wish to be shelter as well.
Sometime i just wish life would just end. I am not afraid to die reali cos at least it seems more like a release to my redundant life.
My family is in a chaos, aunt n uncle fight cos of money. Things happen when they shouldnt happen at all. My family story is enough to write a 60 episode drama my aunt say.
I laugh and mayb out of 60, 20 goes to mine.
Do i deserve a happy life? you tell me....
I wish if life were more simple.
Things happen for a reason, no point asking why did it happen to me or why me of so many people. There is no guarantee in life.
Life still goes on.........

p/s: Money is the root of all evil....

No Retrenchment, No Pay Cut.....

I wanted to blog about this last fri but due to the dirty 4 letter Word "BUSY", didnt blog bout it.
My boss had a meeting with us last week and told us that we wont have any retrenchment and there wont be pay cut and 13th month bonus will still be given to us. Good news yeah at this bad economy. But.... i got my pay cheque and happily bank it in after checking and making sure my name is spell correctly. After few days, the money not in the bank reason being.... my boss gave me a cheque without his signature...
Duh!!! Does it mean no retenchment , no pay cut, got bonus but no pay? HAHAHAHA
I'm extremely blur lor, babe say this is the first time i remember and volunteer to bank it in myself instead, the cheque got bounce.
Well give me a good chance to skip this errand. So babe next time need your help to bank in cheque liao. kekeke

In another 30 days, we will bid goodbye to 2008 and welcome 2009.
I'm getting a year older liao.
There is so much to look forward to and wish for in the coming new year.
I am so gonna blog bout my New Year Resolution :)
I am also looking forward to X'mas celeb with my gang members.
This our ummmm lost count of how many years celebrating it liao....
This year X'mas we'll have a new additional person to join us i tink. :) so fen wat u think?

Do we knoe who is whose angel for the x'mas gift? i reali can't remember liao....

Babe birthday is coming also, as usual he want everything to be as minimal as possible so no cake, no celebration only wishes :)
Will get him a amplifier for his birthday as thats what he wants.

I am looking forward to 12 Dec cos it will not officially mark the end of my studies cos i still have an exam in Jan but at least i'm 95% done with the degree. Finally, i'm gonna be free....
There is so much things i want to do reali will update long with the new year resolution.

Xiuyi Baby's Shower

Attend xiuyi baby's shower on sunday.
Ask huiping to acc me as i was alone and scared go there alone no one ard to talk to.
Lucky she was bored with her assignment so decided to acc me.

Went over to fetch her ard 1pm then we head to xiuyi's place.

Was surprise by the no. of pregnant woman ard the place lor.

I seriously think government baby bonus has work effectively.

After some food, we went to see the the little guy, Baby Lucas Chow.

Xiali was there as well and we had a nice long catching up it was great to see frens that you have not met for so long. :) I had a great time.

Had a great Saturday. Went to the zoo with my grandparents, aunties, cousin and my sis, bros and nephews.
It was a big Family outing to the Zoo.
