Bad Experience with Buffet Catering

Had my cousin full month celebration on 20th July.
The buffet sucks big time.....
First time ever in my life that the catering food is sour turn bad. Unbelievable? the staff actually agreed with me the food turn bad lor and after complaining the compensation is 10% initially.
Its not the money that my family is concern with since we already paid for the buffet.
But its our rights. Food that turn sour and you serve your guest with it? DISGUSTING rite?
But no no the catering guy actually start to push the blame first to their kitchen then to their supplier, if you can't give let's not say fresh food at least food that is edible, then pls don go into food business can kill people with it.
Then there's this very nasty woman but don dare ans the phone only knoe how to scream in the background that no no we can't refund 100% or 50% cos we took the food etc. The fact is you serve food that turn bad is good enough for people not to pay you and complaint you to the AVA in the first place rite? So angry with people who wan do business but got no responsibility and customer service. Then come tell me do business where got refund ppl 50% one etc, pls pls the fact is ppl return 100% for reputable business if you say do business ppl dont even refund 50% even you give food that turn bad then we all know what kind of business you are in...
Anyway eventually they give us 15% compensation which i feel is still not justificable but i don see the need to continue arguing when all they do is push blame to all other department.
PLS if you wan to be in FOOD BUSINESS, at least serve food that hasn't gone bad.....
Btw the Buffet company i order from is EATZ catering. Try ordering if you want your party to be spoilt.
To us 1 bad experience is a nitemare and teach us a lesson to go to the reputable one.
